Alma is wonderful! She's extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She'll give you an honest assessment about what needs to be done and how long it may take. She will also explain that her equipment is much more effective and high end than the IPL machines you find in most salons and laser centers. I went to her for hair removal, and noticed a significant difference after only one session, with dramatic improvement with each session. Highly recommend!
